Jeju Haenyeo is a performance-driven dining brand currently operating exclusively in Jeju Island, Korea, created by an artist born into a Haenyeo family and trained at Korea’s leading art school.

For over six years, we have operated two locations in Jeju, achieving a 97% average reservation rate and welcoming Korean cultural icons, national leaders, and guests from around the world who seek an authentic connection to Jeju’s culture.

Jeju Haenyeo is jointly run by artists and Jeju-based producers.

We work closely with local farmers, fishers, artisans, and real Haenyeo, ensuring that every ingredient and element reflects the island’s land, sea, and seasons.

Through this collaboration, we bring Jeju’s food, philosophy, and spirit to life — not as a reproduction, but as a living culture rooted in community, tradition, and shared respect.

Collaboration

With F&B group

Meal Kits

We teamed up with Korea's top food company, Dongwon F&B, to Create Haenyeo-inspired meal kits using 20 tons 

of Haenyeo-harvested seafood. 

With Government

Pop-up & Catering 

We collaborated with the government on various

pop-ups including pop-ups 

for foreign tourist (Ministry of Culture), women's rights talks (Ministry of Gender), and preserving marine resources (Ministry of Oceans and Fishereis).

Culinary Experience

Guests will experience 4 course menu based on Jeju's 4 elements - Earth, Water, Fire, and Sky. 

Each course will utilise either Jeju's ingredient o『 traditional cooking methods to showcase 

the authentic Jeju style Korean food in collaboration with a Micheline Starred Chef.

Fashion Brand

Brand Collaboration 

We collaborated with Korea's top fashion brand, Musinsa, to launch an eco-themed pop-up titled

"The Sea of Haenyeo," 

which attracted 20,000 visitors in just 1 days. 

Fashion Goods.

We achieved a 100% sales rate for fashion goods made from ocean diveris, and all performance tickets were completely sold out.
