A fresh salad topped with premium roasted Jeju tangerines and served with a bright tangerine dressing.

 

2. Bingtteok (Jeju buckwheat crêpe)

Light buckwheat crêpes filled with radish and bean sprouts.​

 

3. Jeju Traditional BBULSORA Mulhoe

A traditional Jeju-style cold soup made with fresh horned conch, vegetables, and a spicy, tangy broth.​

 

4. Jeju Traditional Hansangcharim (Set Table)

A shared set with assorted side dishes to enjoy together.​
